The action of a great man provides inspiration to others. Whatever he does, becomes a standard for others to follow. Modern School owes the genius of our beloved Founder Chairman Late Dr. S. D. Jain, a transformer of vision into reality. His love for education made him dream to provide world-class education at affordable cost. His dream culminated into reality in the year 1979 with the inception of Modern School Faridabad, which now stands tall and is converted into a chain of Modern Schools. A 4 hours workshop was conducted on the topic EARLY CHILD CARE AND EDUCATION FOR TEACHERS in the school on November 30,2024. Approx.90 kindergarten teachers got benefitted from this.Mrs. Renu Gupta,a veteran Teachers ‘ Trainer was the facilitator for this workshop who touched each and every aspect of class room teaching by live demonstrations.
Muskan Function -2024 was organised in the school campus with full gaiety and enthusiasm onDecember7,2024.Mrs.Pinki Mor, District Child Welfare Officer,Faridabad was the Chief Guest on this occasion .
Muskan – Kids’ Carnival is being organised on December 7,2024.Around 600 kids of play schools from Faridabad will be participating in this carnival alongwith their parents. Fancy races, drawing,colouring and many other activities befitting kids have been planned for this.

Rashtriya Ekta Divas was celebrated on 31.10.2022 to commemorate the Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel – The Iron Man. A Unity Run was also organized by the school to reaffirm the inherent strength and resilience of our people to withstand threats to the security, unity and integrity of the country. 922 students participated in the run.
Ms.Chhaya of class 9 won Gold Medal in 3000 mts.and 10000 Mts.Marathon Race in 13th National Championship held at DPS, Prayagraj,U.P.
Kartik Nair of class 10 won a Silver medal and a Bronze medal in Kalaripayattu in Khelo India Games.

LUCKY wins Award by HE Governor of Haryana
HE Shri B.Duttatreya, Governor of Haryana awarded Lucky, a student of class 12 in Modern School, Sector 17, Faridabad for winning Bronze Medal at National Level in 10 mts.Air Pistol Shooting Championship held by School Games Federation of India.She was honoured in 76th Republic Day celebration held recently in Faridabad.Miss Lucky had already won Gold Medal at District level and Silver Medal at State level. A Proud moment for the parents and Modern School!
The school celebrated its 46th Annual Function on 24th December, 2024. Modern School hosted a seminar on Drug Abuse and illicit Trafficking on 29 th of July,2024 organised by HSCCW,Faridabad.
H.E. Mr. Bandaru Dattatreya Governor of Haryana- President of Haryana State Council for Child Welfare was the Chief Guest in this seminar.Besides,Shri Mool Chand Sharma,State Minister of Industries,Mrs.Seema Trikha,State Education Minister, Shri Rajesh Nagar,MLA, Ms.Shikha,SDM, Faridabad, Mr.Anil Malik and several other V.V.I.Ps ,VIPs,officials from Administration ,Mr.Sushil Kumar Jain, Chairman ,Mr.Sourabh Jain ,Director of the school were also present on this occasion.

Talk on the topic :Say No to Tobacco Under the campaign of Haryana Govt.on the issue of ‘Prohibition of Tobacco in schools and around ‘,a talk was organised for the senior students of the school on July 5,2023.The Resource person was Dr. Tarun Sharma ,MBBS, along with the team of Health Inspectors- Mr.Karan Singh,Mr.Ganesh and Mrs Priya from Civil Hospital.
Capacity Building Programme on the topic “Learning outcomes and pedagogies” was held in School on July 1, 2023.This was conducted by COE. CBSE Panchkula. All Teaching Staff members attended the workshop. During Diwali week ,the whole school was buzzing with various Inter house activities to mark the festival like Ram Lila , Rangoli, vandanwaar, chandelier making and Candle, Diya and Pooja thali decoration etc.Besides.the whole school was echoing with Ram-Bhajan and Diwali Dances tunes.
The school is organized MUSKAN-a kid’s carnival on Nov.5,2022.Around 110 play schools from Faridabad participated in this. There were plethora of sports activities, stage performances and colour pallette splashes for toddlers. It was appreciated by all.
